Open-source procedure tracking software
Limpide allows you to define lists of repeatable steps to be carried out as a team in order to unify the ways of doing things, improve the work done and carry out follow-ups.
Procedures
Why create procedures?
A procedure is a series of clear, complete and reproducible instructions.
By writing procedures, you avoid forgetting important steps, reduce errors and standardize individual practices across teams.

Support for reflection
Standardizing some tasks allows you to take a step back to improve them and reduce the number of unexpected issues.
Error reduction
Following a step-by-step list makes it easier and less stressful to complete a task, even when you're interrupted.
Knowledge transfer
Sharing and delegating becomes easier and helps team members develop their skills.
Our Solution
The Limpide software
Limpide is software that allows you to implement procedures for your teams or for your personal use.
You will be able to describe the different steps, but also execute them, track their progress, and improve them.
Writing procedures
Break down your complex instructions, harmonize practices and enter them directly into Limpide.
Tracking executions
Start the procedure and check each step as you go to not forget important steps.
Collaboration
Comment, edit and delegate your procedures to improve your team's organization.
Checkboxes
The “checklist” approach
Limpide’s approach to managing procedures is based on a series of actions and checks represented by checkboxes. This simplifies complex procedures into a series of simple steps that can be completed one after another.
Whether due to fatigue, stress, or simply routine, it’s very easy to miss certain steps, sometimes important ones. Checklists help you to not forget any action, to be more organized and to have peace of mind.
The book The Checklist Manifesto by Atul Gawande (2009) takes up this point and explains how to write good procedures in the form of a checklist.

Limpide is free software under AGPL
The Limpide software is the result of an internal project started in 2025 by the Spirkop
worker cooperative to organize its human resources and quality management tasks.
It was important that the tool be free software, self-hostable and easy to use.
Under the AGPL-3.0 license, it is developed without LLM/AI and is supported by the Spirkop cooperative 🇪🇺.
